Doha: Qatar University (QU), represented by the College of Engineering, and Spectre Solutions have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for technology transfer and research.
The MoU was signed in the presence of QU Vice-President for Academic Affairs Dr. Omar Al Ansari, Ambassador of Poland to Qatar H E Janusz Janke, Spectre Solutions Chief Information Officer Sebastian Konkol, and other officials.
Dr Khalid Kamal Naji, Dean CENG said, “This collaboration with Spectre Solutions comes from the CENG’s keenness to provide distinguished research and advisory services, activate the community partnership, and facilitate the transfer of knowledge and technology with Spectre Solutions.”
“The MoU that we signed today confirms CENG’s continuous endeavour to expand ways of collaboration between the two parties to serve local institutions, in line with national priorities towards a knowledge-based economy,” he added.
On the other hand, Konkol said, “We are sure that we found a crucial R&D partner in Qatar. We hope this MoU is a foundation of long-standing cooperation between Spectre Solutions and CENG. We have found true partners in Qatar. It is time to build remarkable technologies together.”
